If the product version and OS compatibility combination does not appear in the chart then it means that it has not been tested and is therefore not supported by Micro Focus. It does not mean that it definitely will not run in this environment it means that if you choose to run in an unsupported environment then you are pretty much on your own if you run into problems. Supportline will not be able to help you with problems that you run into on unsupported platforms. We therefore recommend that you always run with a newer product version that has been fully tested and certified on the OS where you plan to deploy.
